Worst app Ive ever bought, SERIOUSLY!!

This app doesnt actually work. At least it hasnt for me. It has not answered a single question I have asked it. The only response it has given me is to tell me that it is sorry, but all of its "knowledge bases" are busy at the moment, and that perhaps I should ask again later. Do not waste your money on this app. I am definitely asking iTunes for a refund, for the first time ever!
